Meet The Team

Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990 and has in excess of 25 years’ experience in the local commercial property market across Telford, Shrewsbury and Shropshire Towns.

He previously set up an independent Surveying practice Bradbury Commercial, In 2007, before merging with Bulleys in 2015 to form Bulleys Bradbury.

He is a registered Valuer and has a wealth of experience in a variety of commercial property and professional work.

Richard is a Director of the newly formed company and runs the Bulleys Bradbury office at Central Park.

Rod joined Bulleys in 1992 having dealt with Commercial Property since 1985 following education at Shrewsbury School. He has a wealth of experience in advising on new development opportunities, D&B projects and sales & lettings across the Black Country and Shropshire. Rod is a partner based in Wolverhampton where he, together with fellow partners and the professional team, has been responsible for the continual growth of the company in a highly specialised local and regional market.

Noel has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1986 and has joined the firm in 1990. He has strong contacts enabling him to attract and execute an increasing number of agency instructions. Noel has been heavily involved with the enormous changes that have taken place in the Black Country and beyond over the past 20 years. He, together with his team, has been responsible for the growth of the company over that time and is keen to discuss any aspect of industrial and commercial property with prospective clients.

Steve became a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and has spent all of his working life in the Black Country advising on purchase, development and disposal of investment properties, design and build projects and acquisition work together with associated professional matters. In 2005 he setup and is the partner in charge of the Oldbury office. Steve has driven and overseen the online marketing and media changes that as a firm we have embraced, implemented and continue to benefit from. Steve is the Partner in charge of the Management Department.

Tom has joined Bulleys as an Agency and Management Surveyor after nearly eight years working within the property sector, most recently in the post of Account Manager for The CoStar Group in Birmingham. He previously spent more than five years working as an Agency and Management Surveyor at First City Ltd in Wolverhampton. Tom will be handling instructions predominantly in the Black Country and Shropshire. We are delighted to have attracted Tom to our business where he will fit in well with the rest of the team.

Alessio joined Bulleys in 2022 as Head of Professional Services following 16 years of prior commercial property experience, including the role of Head of Commercial Property at Cooper Green Pooks. Having graduated with a degree from Manchester University and postgraduate diploma at Bimingham City Unitversity, Alessio became an RICS Chartered Surveyor in 2009. With a wide range of commercial property experience including agency, professional services and property management, Alessio is our primary expert on all Landlord and Tenant (Lease Expiries/Rent Reviews) matters as well as being an RICS Registered Valuer.

Kathryn joined Bulleys in Summer 2020 with 15 years prior experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors.  She graduated from Harper Adams University College prior to this, became a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS in 2011 and won RICS Young Surveyor of the Year in 2014 (Residential category).   Whilst now covering a range of commercial services including agency and Landlord & Tenant, Kathryn predominantly deals with professional valuation work and is an RICS registered valuer.

Richard is one of the company’s most recent recruits having joined Bulleys Property Management team in June 2013. Richard works closely with the Management Department managing the company’s growing property management portfolio. He has over seven years experience in many aspects of commercial and residential property asset management having previously worked for Wolverhampton based practice First City Limited.

Lisa has worked in property development for 24 years, specialising in residential/mixed use schemes. Originally a land buyer for a national house builder she then headed the land department for a large group of estate agents before moving into private consultancy. She has advised many major house builders and landowners on acquisition and disposal of development land, working on major schemes throughout the greater Midlands, with significant experience in all aspects of residential development.
