New Occupier at Former Bank Premises

Proactive Personnel have agreed to let the former bank premises located on Market Street, Oakengates.

The 1,027 sq ft unit is to undergo a full refurbishment plan over the coming weeks. “The building will be used by some of Proactive’s recruitment team with the head office and other sales teams relocating to a new office in Hadley Park East in January”.
